We will be making important updates to Innovative’s email and other Microsoft Office applications.  This maintenance is scheduled for Friday, June 25 starting at 6 pm PT (June 26 at 1 am GMT) and is expected to last up to 24 hours.

During this time, your emails to Innovative staff, as well as our prompt receipt of email, will be impacted.  Following the maintenance, you will receive updated meeting invites for existing meetings with Innovative staff.  

To contact Innovative Customer Support, use the Supportal Help Desk to update existing tickets or create new tickets.

Subsequent maintenance is scheduled for Saturday, June 26th from 9:01-11:00 pm PT (June 27 from 4:01-6:00 am GMT).  For a brief period, access to Supportal will be interrupted.  Please call us if you need immediate support.
