Now, when you visit https://support.iii.com you will encounter a centralized landing page with links to all Innovative online resources in one convenient location. This includes a new Training and Learning Center -- a collection of quality training materials organized in an easy-to-use and search format.

As the world has adjusted to the many unexpected challenges and circumstances of 2020, we are proud to provide this new repository of product resources and additional online training to help your library adapt in a swiftly changing environment. Starting with Polaris and Sierra, followed by Millennium and Virtua, this enhanced collection will contain both revised and updated materials previously found on CSDirect and Supportal, along with over 45 new training videos.
