Excess invoices cause Import Invoices to freeze

When the number of invoices in the Sierra Import Invoices approval area exceeds the maximum allowed, the SDA will stop responding when entering the Import Invoices function. This prevents library staff from accepting or rejecting invoices in order to get back under the maximum.

Hierarchy splits subfund expenditure report columns incorrectly

When creating Hierarchy Reports and using the option to 'Subfund expenditures in 2 groups', the expenditure column is not split into two columns.

The expenditure for the first subfund group appears under the column header 'Expenditure' and the expenditure for the second subfund group appears under the column header 'Encumbrance'; the amount that should appear under 'Encumbrance' is pushed into the 'Free Balance' column, and the amount that should be in 'Free Balance' is pushed into the 'Cash Balance' column.

The amount that should appear under 'Cash Balance' is completely missing and has been pushed off the report completely.

Sierra API: GET /v6/patrons/{id}/checkouts returns wrong bib ID for ILL checkouts

When a patron has an ILL item checked out, Sierra API sends the bib ID without the @xxx suffix. If the API consumer requests bib information for the bib ID that was sent, SAPI will return information for the local bib, not for the ILL request.

When a patron's expiration date is past, Sierra API returns "Invalid barcode or PIN."

Sierra API: Renewals don't charge overdue fines for closed days

The Circulation Option "Fines/Bills: Charge fines for days closed" controls whether Sierra charges overdue fines for closed days. When an overdue item is renewed via Sierra API, the overdue renewal charge never includes closed days, even when the system is configured to charge fines for closed days.

Manage Holds shows checked-out items as "Not checked out"

When an item has an item-level hold and is also checked out, Manage Holds does not display checkout information.

Manage Holds should display the due date in the STATUS column and a message in the Status bar containing additional details about the checkout.

Manage Holds: Ampersand displays as "&amp"

In Manage Holds, titles containing an ampersand smashed between two non-space characters (e.g. "R&B") display "&amp" instead of just the "&" (e.g. "R&ampB").

Ampersands with spaces around them display normally (e.g. "Down & out").

Missing mnemonic for Go | Circulation | INN-Reach menu

The Go | Circulation | INN-Reach menu option is missing a mnemonic. This means that staff cannot easily access INN-Reach functions by keyboard or by macro.

Receiving a virtual item when a real item exists with the same barcode

When the borrowing library performs an institutional checkin on an item from owning library by scanning its barcode and there is more than one real (owning site) item in the RSB with that same barcode, the real items appear in a browse display, but the virtual item does not also appear in the browse display. As such, staff cannot select the virtual item from the browse display to receive it.

The borrowing library can work around this issue by manually appending the agency code to the barcode when they search for it.

"NO CARD" always displays in English

"NO CARD" displays in English, even though the string in the translation file.

"Available at Library" facet returns no results

After performing a search in Catalog mode and selecting the "Available at Library" facet, Sierra is unresponsive for about 30 seconds and then either all search results disappear, or the displayed results do not change to reflect the applied limit.

The same issue occurs in Search/Holds and similar modes.

Suspended users can log in as permissions user

At libraries using context users, a staff member can log in as a context user and then enter a suspended user as the permissions user, and Sierra does not block the login.

SDA always maximizes to primary display

At a workstation with multiple displays (monitors), the SDA always maximizes to the primary display, even if the window was previously on a second or third display.

This only occurs with Java 11 and not if the SDA is run with Java 8.

Complex See Also name reference displays MARC 663 from the wrong authority record

In cases where an author may have published under multiple pseudonyms and a complex "See Also" reference is needed, Sierra displays the 663 of the wrong authority record. When the search term is a hit with the 100, WebPAC does not display the 663 see also reference.

Patrons exceeding Highest Level Overdues can renew individual items

Patrons whose HLODUES field exceeds the number allowed by Highest Level Overdues in the Patron Blocks Table can renew items by selecting them individually in WebPAC. Renew All correctly blocks renewal.
