How to reset your password in Support Center

Description

Support Center is the new portal to submit tickets. The following will explain how to reset your password if the need arises.

Procedure

1) Navigate to the main Support Center website at: https://support.proquest.com/s/?language=en_US

 

2) In the upper right-corner of the website there will be a Login button, please click Login to be brought to the Support Center Login screen.

 

3) On the Login screen there will be a section for username/email and password. Below the Login button is a clickable link for "Forgot your password". Please click this link.

4) Upon clicking "Forgot your password" you will be brought to another page where you can type in your username or email for your Support Center account. Afterwards, please click the Reset Password button.

5) When the password reset request has gone through there will be a prompt to check your email. Please take note of that the email will come from @proquest.com.

6) When you receive the email there will be a link that directs you to a SalesForce website. Click the Reset Password button on this site.

7) The next page is where you can create your new password. Please be mindful of the password requirements being 8 character (or more) in length, at least 1 letter, and at least 1 number. As you type out the new password the sections detailing the requirements will light up with a green check mark. Type the password again to confirm it, then click the Change Password button.

9) This will now bring you back to the main Support Center website, already logged in with your new updated password.
