Encore 4.7+ with SSO
Customers who have Encore versions 4.6 SP3 and earlier and use Single Sign On may need an SSO reimplementation in order to move to Encore versions 4.7 and higher. If your library currently uses SSO with Encore and you are considering an upgrade to Encore 4.7 or higher please reach out to customer support by creating a ticket.
