TIP: The most current Maintenance Update for a release includes all previous updates for that release.

NOTE: Hosted libraries running versions older than 6.1 will not be able to upgrade (leapfrog) directly to Sierra 6.5. Innovative will work with you to upgrade your server to Sierra 6.1 and Oracle Linux 8 before we upgrade your server to Sierra 6.5. For non-hosted libraries, Oracle Linux 8 x86_64 or RHEL 8 x86_64 are required for Sierra 6.5.
NOTE: The date choice should reflect the date for which you want the Commit Phase scheduled. In the Comments Box, please specify the time in PST/PDT of when you want the Commit time to start as it will bring your Sierra server down into maintenance mode. Please expect up to 1 hour of downtime. The Prep phase, which is non-disruptive, will be completed before the Commit phase is scheduled.
CAUTION: Updates are performed Sunday evening - Thursday US time zones (Mon-Fri for Asia Pacific time zones) excluding U.S. holidays. Also, first choice must be at least 10 business days from the date that you submit the form due to an increase of requests.
